The Romanian veteran Simion Predoi has announced his retirement yesterday. He is retiring before the all-star weekend. The decision was made by both manager marconic and Simion himself. Simion recorded 10.2 points and 5.7 rebounds with a an average rating of 10.5 in 20 regular games last season. He has successfully transformed to be a sixth man from a starter, playing 25 minutes per game. Simion was a prolific scorer, shooting 51 percent and surprisingly well 52 percent from deep in the previous season. He was also a good defender who could guide multiple positions. 'Thanks for trusting me along the way. It was nice and I was glad to play for Love Baby!' He thanked the support from fans and bowed at the end of the press conference.
