Celebrating his 36th birthday, the baby forward Dihren Mittal posted on Instagram, 'End of my early-30s, but not my ball life.' revealing that he is not going to retire soon or at least he may play through this season.
The 36 year-old was the sixth man of the team during the past two seasons. He could guard multiple positions and still make solid contributions in the competitive IBL. He shot at an insane percentage of 82 percent at the opening this season, average 9.7 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.7 assists in just 12 minutes per game.
'He is not only a leader on court, but also a role model for us to learn. He plays good-D, directs traffic, does any kind of stuff that is useful for the team, ' point guard Leung Woon Wing showed his respect to the attitude and the passing skill of the veteran.
